TITLE: Electrical Process Development Engineer II

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and maintain electrical test methods for assigned products, ensuring performance, reliability, and repeatability
- Design, develop, and improve automated electrical test systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Develop, qualify, and implement test fixtures, equipment, and setups for production and engineering use
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform root cause analysis for test failures and yield issues
- Own test validation activities, including correlation studies and Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Support new product introduction (NPI), sustaining engineering, and manufacturing operations
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust test coverage and product performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to test processes, equipment, and data integrity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, test development, or process engineering
- Experience with automated test systems, data acquisition, and instrumentation
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Familiarity with test validation, correlation, and gauge studies (MSA)
- Ability to work independently with moderate to high ownership of projects and deliverables
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
