Base pay based on experience $23-$26/hr ($30-36/hr with tips!)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and dietary requirements
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Preform detailed cleaning tasks when needed
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Complete prep tasks to appropriately set up your station, additional prep as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Sense of urgency and willingness to help where needed
Experience:
- Some previous experience in the food service industry or as a line cook is highly preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
