We are urgently looking for a Behavior Technician, with their certification with the BACB.
Bonus
The $250 onboarding bonus is contingent on successfully meeting onboarding requirement s and beginning with our cleint within 15 business days of hire. The $500 bonus is contingent upon obtaining credentialing within 10 business days of hire. Bonus is paid after 30 days of employemnt.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with developmental disabilities in their home or daycare to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on observable behaviors.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on observable behaviors
- Assist in the modification of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment goals
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
