Member & Provider Services Care Advocate (MPSCA)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:45 a.m.-6:15 p.m.; Friday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Work Week: 38 hours paid as 40
Work Environment: Onsite / Call center
Remote Work: Must have a dedicated space at home for a remote work set-up to be used on an as-needed basis

As a Member & Provider Services Care Advocate (MPSCA), you’ll serve as the frontline support for one of the largest HealthShare ministries in the United States. You’ll assist members and healthcare providers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through programs, guidelines, and tools with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers with professionalism and empathy
- Address questions related to memberships, medical expenses, programs, guidelines, and online tools
- De‑escalate concerns and resolve issues while maintaining a positive, member‑focused approach
- Accurately document each interaction using established templates
- Assist providers with bill status, eligibility, and portal navigation
- Update member information and coordinate reprocessing of medical bills when corrections are needed
- Provide members with educational materials such as guidelines and decision guides
- Collaborate with teammates, leads, and leadership to improve the overall member and provider experience
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately to Leads or Associate Managers
- Maintain working knowledge of current guidelines, programs, and talking points
- Perform additional related duties as needed to support team and department goals
