Roofing Sales Representative
Legacy Construction & Design is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing roofing sales team. We are an established residential and commercial roofing company serving the Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, and surrounding Alabama markets.
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with high earning potential for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable talking with homeowners, and ready to build a career where their income reflects their effort.
Our successful sales representatives have the opportunity to earn six figures, with top performers earning $130,000–$175,000+ annually.
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door outreach, and company opportunities
- Build relationships with homeowners and property owners
- Schedule and assist with roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance restoration process
- Help homeowners navigate the claim process when storm damage is present
- Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
- Maintain communication with customers throughout their project
- Work alongside our production team to help ensure an excellent customer experience
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer information in our CRM
- Represent Legacy Construction & Design professionally in the community

Who We’re Looking For
Roofing experience is helpful, but sales experience and roofing experience are not required for the right person. We will train you.

Compensation
Commission-based | Uncapped earning potential
Income varies based on performance. Established representatives have the ability to earn $50,000–$175,000+ annually, with several of our top-performing sales representatives earning approximately $130,000–$175,000 per year.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants control over their income and is willing to put in the work to build their own book of business.
