```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and updating guest accounts
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations
