b19 Consulting is partnered with an up and coming but well-established power delivery organization seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer with proven experience delivering electric utility projects from a consultancy.
The ideal candidate will have worked across both Greenfield and Brownfield projects and bring a strong structural engineering background.
Ideal skillset of the Senior Transmission Line Engineer:
- 5+ years of utility transmission line design experience (15kV up to 500kV)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency with PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and/or PLS-TOWER software
- Experience using foundation design tools such as MFAD, PLS-Caisson, L-PILE, or RISA
- Experience preparing and developing both or either overhead and underground transmission line designs up to 500kV
- Ability to lead significant portions or complete transmission line design projects
