Prepare meals and Food to meet the specifications
Keeping workstation and equipment clean, organized and sanitized
Ensure proper food temperatures when cooking and proper handling of food at all times.
Use of kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers
Work with servers to ensure proper plate presentations
Stocking and setting up kitchen stations
Nightly cleaning and closing procedures
