Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor spaces as needed.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain property appearance and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper use of janitorial tools for optimal results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills paired with clear communication abilities for client interactions.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or gardens associated with the property.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces such as wood, tile, glass, and upholstery along with dusting techniques.
