Job Overview
Holiday Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth front desk operations during evening and overnight hours while providing exceptional guest service.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working overnight shifts. This position involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, and completing night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions.
Available Shifts
- 2 Night Audit Shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone
- Operate multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and reservations
- Monitor hotel security, including CCTV surveillance and property checks during overnight shifts
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain organized and professional
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Experience with OPERA hotel management system is a plus (not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling guest issues professionally
- Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or guest services is preferred
