JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Sr. Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist, performs
selected physical therapy treatments to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education (or equivalent years of experience):
Required for consideration: Associates degree of Science from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
B. Experience (or equivalent education):
No Experience Required (One year experience for Home Health)
C. Licensure
Required for consideration: Physical Therapy Assistant for the state of Florida.
D. Certifications
Required for consideration: BLS through American Heart Association or American RedCross (these are the only two providers that will be accepted.)
