Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and other productivity software
- Handle calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings efficiently for team members and patients
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining dental supplies inventory
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and excellent service
- Help with sterilization and room turnover with help of dental assistants
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations and improve overall productivity
Requirements
- Some clerical experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and client interaction
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
- Prior experience in office management, front desk duties, or administrative roles preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, spreadsheets, Word processing, and technical proficiency in productivity software
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills
- Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is a plus but not required
- An excellent attitude and willingness to work!
