Milwaukee Broach Company, an industry leader in the manufacture of broach cutting tools, is currently seeking a full time 2nd shift CNC machinist with manual Wet Grinder experience in our New Berlin, WI facility. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Principle responsibilities include setup and operation of a CNC Elb machine as well as a Mattison Wet Grinder. Candidates will need solid math skills, good mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Basic skills and knowledge including:
- CNC machine operation, setup, and adjustment
- Use of precision measuring devices (Micrometers, indicators)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Understanding of shop routings
- Completion of required paperwork
Must be team orientated. Prior experience with machining high speed steel is a plus.
