Small preschool looking to hire teachers/assistants with a desire to encourage children to meet their full potential. Experience preferred, but eagerness and motivation to learn and adapt most important. - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool children’s developmental needs.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Foster communication and social skills through interactive activities.
- Assess and document student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth and development.
- Provide care and supervision during playtime and other activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
