Job Purpose:
Complete all daily assigned HVAC and refrigeration jobs in a timely fashion with emphasis on customer service and efficiency. Identify and repair problems with customer specific equipment.
Duties:
- Provide installation services for customers as needed.
- Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with all co-workers and customers.
- Maintain communication with Coordinators and Field Managers throughout shift.
- Provide jobsite management by ensuring job is on schedule and site has a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain extensive installation knowledge of department specific equipment and procedures.
- Maintain basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for department specific equipment.
- Ensure all tasks performed are notated and attached to the corresponding call file.
- Assist in scheduling necessary equipment and supplies for projects.
- Be available for possible overnight and periodically out-of-town projects (up to 4 nights w/ weekends off).
- Maintain and utilize all company-provided technology and vehicle in a professional manner per policies.
- Communicate vehicle maintenance and truck stock needs with Warehouse or Field Manager as needed.
- Maintain required tool lists and truck stock to increase efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal support while overseeing assigned crew’s progress.
- Assist in training and quality control of Apprentices.
- Complete and maintain all required department and industry specific training.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Possess strong customer service with adherence to Core Values/Job Ownership.

- Ability to use positive language and clear communication.
- Ability to install and troubleshoot modern air conditioning systems including Residential A/C, Commercial A/C, and other department specific equipment.
- Proficient with duct work.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years industry field experience.
- Universal EPA License Required.
