Typical Duties
- Monitor entrances and exits to control site access.
- Verify identification and authorize visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular patrols of the construction site, including buildings, fencing, and storage areas.
- Watch for theft, vandalism, trespassing, or suspicious activity.
- Inspect gates, locks, and perimeter security measures.
- Respond to alarms and investigate security concerns.
- Report safety hazards, accidents, or emergencies to supervisors.
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports.
- Coordinate with site managers, law enforcement, or emergency services when necessary.
