Allied Aire is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our installation team.
This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, values quality over shortcuts, and enjoys leading projects from start to finish. We are looking for a professional who can deliver clean, efficient installations while setting the standard for the rest of the team.
In This Role, You Will

Lead residential HVAC installation projects and oversee crew performance

Install furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and complete duct systems

Verify every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality expectations

Perform equipment start-up, testing, and system commissioning

Mentor and develop less experienced installers

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Provide homeowners with a professional installation experience
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Leadership experience on residential installation projects

Strong understanding of airflow, duct systems, refrigerant piping, and low-voltage controls

Ability to read installation specifications and solve field challenges

Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Valid driver's license and reliable work history
