Position Summary
The Floor Care Specialist will perform specialized cleaning and maintenance services on a variety of flooring surfaces in commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area. Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.
Required Experience
Candidates should have experience with:
- Carpet cleaning and extraction
- Carpet spotting and stain removal
- Hard floor scrubbing and refinishing
- Stripping and waxing/VCT floor maintenance
- Burnishing, buffing, and polishing
- Floor care equipment operation and maintenance
- Proper chemical usage and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous floor care experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
