About the Opportunity
Perfect B is expanding our clinical team and seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in injectables, precision, and independent practice.
What You'll Do
Injectables & Clinical Treatments:
- Neurotoxin injections
- Dermal fillers and facial balancing
- Biostimulators and Radiesse
- GLP-1 injections and peptides
- Scar subcisions
- Laser / IPL treatments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results aligned with Perfect B protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Contribute to education, training, or marketing initiatives as needed
Who You Are
- Licensed NP or PA with hands-on aesthetic medicine experience
- Confident injector - can independently manage consultations and full treatments
- Patient-focused, composed, and efficient under a fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, expectations, and pricing with patients
- Growth-minded, coachable, and receptive to feedback
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
Note: This role is designed for providers who already have injector experience and are comfortable practicing independently. Foundational injector training is not part of this position. Protocol alignment and onboarding support are provided.
Schedule
- Start: Part-time, with a clear path to full-time based on performance and clinic needs
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM / Saturday 9:45 AM - 6:30 PM
- Schedule assigned based on clinic needs
Compensation
- $65/hr starting rate - based on experience and clinical proficiency
- Monthly performance bonuses - eligible from day one

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Florida NP or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology
- Proven injectable and facial aesthetics experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- On-site availability in Doral, FL
