Job Duties Include:
- Greet clients warmly and select the appropriate facial based on their needs after reviewing the intake form and skin analysis.
- Obtain informed consent from clients before starting treatments.
- Educate clients about the benefits of facials tailored to their goals and recommend appropriate plans.
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling and facial consultations during downtime.
- Be present in the retail area to answer product-related questions when not performing facials.
- Maintain strong sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Complete detailed S.O.A.P. notes.
- Follow MassageLuXe protocols for all services.
- Keep the retail area clean and organized, including dusting shelves and arranging displays.
- Manage inventory by counting products at the start, during, and end of each shift.
- Maintain a professional appearance and cleanliness of the spa.
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and keep esthetic rooms tidy.
- Occasionally promote the spa to outside businesses.
- Promote and sell Repêchage as the exclusive product line, with no conflict of interest regarding other brands.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards Repêchage products, including knowledge of the brand and its origins.
Job Requirements:
- Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Meet minimum sales requirements for retail products.
- Understand and advocate for the benefits of skin health.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
