THE ROLE
The Outside Sales Representative is the driving force behind Dynamite Roofing’s revenue. You will conduct roof inspections, deliver in-home presentations, and close roofing contracts. Once a deposit is collected, our operations team handles everything from there — no project management, no adjuster meetings, no backend work. Your focus is entirely on closing.
Warm leads come to you through our setter team and marketing — but every Closer is also expected to take ownership of their pipeline through referrals, networking, and prospecting. If you are only willing to work handed leads and have no interest in building your own pipeline, this is not the right fit.
Top performers earn $200,000 to $350,000 or more per year.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct professional roof inspections for homeowners across Utah
- Deliver structured in-home sales presentations and guide homeowners through their options
- Close deals, and secure signed contracts
- Self-generate leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting to maintain a full pipeline
- Identify and present upselling opportunities to maximize value for the homeowner
- Build customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Follow up with prospects consistently to convert open opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records after every customer interaction
- Attend daily team meetings and complete all required training and coaching
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Performs other duties as assigned

- You have prior sales experience — any industry considered, this is required
- You are confident closing and not afraid to ask for the business
- You handle objections with ease and do not accept the first no
- You take ownership of your pipeline — you do not wait for leads to come to you
- You are coachable and open to ongoing feedback and development
- You are tech-forward and use CRM tools as a natural part of how you work
- You are self-motivated and results-driven — you do not need someone pushing you

COMPENSATION
During onboarding, a weekly training bonus is provided contingent on completing all required training and onboarding activities.
After onboarding, compensation is fully commission-based, uncapped, and paid weekly. We offer a tiered commission structure — the more you close and collect, the higher your commission rate.

- Daily driving to residential customer homes across Utah
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and conducting roof inspections
