Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, organized Warehouse Associate to support and improve our day-to-day warehouse operations. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment, supplies, and work areas organized, safe, and ready for the next project. The successful candidate will bring energy, reliability, and a team-focused attitude to a small, privately held company with a positive culture.
What You’ll Help Manage:
- Efficient warehouse layout and storage systems
- Inventory management and control
- Equipment functionality and readiness
- Safety and compliance
- Shipping and receiving
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all job functions safely and help ensure the safety of teammates.
- Organize equipment and supply storage.
- Coordinate receipt and delivery of inbound and outbound project supplies.
- Pick up project supplies from local distributors.
- Stage project equipment and supplies for loading.
- Load and unload service vehicles with the proper tools, equipment, and supplies needed for each project scope of work.
- Inspect equipment for defects, maintain inspection logs, and report findings.
- Maintain equipment in good working order and coordinate or perform preventive and routine maintenance.
- Communicate project needs clearly with project teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the warehouse.
- Coordinate recycling and disposal activities.
- Operate material-handling equipment, such as a forklift and pallet jack.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project staff
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and move heavy or large inventory, such as generators, pressure washers, and totes
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check for security clearance

- Small engine repair skills
