Accounting Customer Service Administrator
The Accounting Customer Service Administrator assists with the day-to-day accounting activities as well as supportive staff to Customer Service and is responsible for assisting the CFO, Operations Assistant and Service Manager for the following: Accounts Receivable, mailing out check disbursements, processing and receiving Credit Cards, EFTÕs, A/P packer match up, and price verification on Accounts Payable invoices. Answering and directing telephone calls, taking customer work orders, part sales, typing proposals, mailing out invoices, scanning, photocopying as well as other office duties assigned when necessary. Other duties assigned when necessary. This position will report to the Operations Assistant.
