Position includes building knowledge of both HotLine (grill and food prep) and ColdLine (cashier and custard prep), along with leading a group of employees to a successful shift.
The supervisor position is a full-time position(32-40hrs/wk) with schedules made in advance. Health Benefits are also a huge benefit to this position! We require a minimum of 6 months in management experience for this position, but be prepared, no other business runs things like Freddy’s. We lead our crew to success, and we strive to create a fun career for everyone in the work place! This management style is what creates our amazing Freddy’s Culture.
