We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate the guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a dynamic team to create a welcoming environment for all guests and visitors. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth, making a lasting impression on our guests from check-in to check-out.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Full-time management position requiring schedule flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays, and a varied mix of day and evenings.
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting with a focus on front office operations.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and uphold high standards. A motivational leader and effective communicator with high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver results.
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, including working knowledge of hotel property management systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Supervise all aspects of the front desk, night audit, and transportation departments, including scheduling, training, and performance management, ensuring high standards of guest service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff. Manage team members to create a strong service and result-oriented culture.
- Ensure accurate guest bills, deposits and payments in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper administration of frequent traveler benefits.
- Regularly review service scores to identify areas of improvement and react accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and credit card transactions.
- Perform administrative responsibilities including scheduling, ordering, and weekly payroll.
- Ensure compliance with company and brand standards and policies, as well as compliance with sanitation, safety, security and emergency procedures.
- Any other duties / tasks as requested.

Pay: $62,353.00 - $65,000.00 per year
