Duties
- Patient Assessment & Care: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in health status
- Clinical Skills: Administer medications & manage chronic conditions
- Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, treatment plans, and home safety.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and agency policies.
- Communication: Report significant changes in patient condition to agency
- Must be able to drive to patients
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with current state certification.
- No previous experience needed.
