Job Description:
We are looking for friendly bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Long-term experience is not required, we are here to develop our team members. Finney's is a fast-paced environment with 30 craft beers on tap, a large selection of craft cocktails, shooters, call drinks, and wine options. Must be 21 years or older and must have a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks for the bar and all restaurant patrons
- Meet our service and suggestive selling standards
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Prep and juice all our in-house syrups and juices
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations including RBS
Skills
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Positive attitude
- Works and cares to have knowledge of our product(s)
