Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Counter Help to join our dynamic team! - Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a lively, engaging manner
- Operate POS systems such as Conqueror X for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, equipment, and shoes
- Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving change, and credit card transaction
- Answer phones and assist with customer questions and direct them to correct person if needed.
Skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Conqueror x but not neccessary
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple customers
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising quality or safety
- Previous experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering is highly desirable

Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour
