Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a supportive school district who is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time school-based contract positions in Denton, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Eligibility to work in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience with the SameGoal documentation system preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
Contract Details:
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
- Use of the district's SameGoal documentation platform (experience preferred but not required)
- Competitive pay: $53 to $55 per hour
- $3,000 assignment completion bonus*
