We're seeking a motivated and disciplined Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business, build client relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. This role offers in-office collaboration and is designed for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is comfortable managing a high level of activity, and takes pride in consistent performance.
You will work with warm leads, follow a proven sales process, and be supported through coaching and clear expectations, allowing you to focus on building a strong pipeline and closing business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to maintain productivity in the office.
Base hourly is $20-22 based on experience, with expected first-year income between $55,000 - $70,000-
