Now hiring for an indoor Maintenance Technician to join our team!
The full-time Maintenance Technician positions have a pay scale of $18.00-$24.00 based on experience. The Maintenance Technician role offers a variety of duties with the upkeep of our building. The position hours are Monday–Friday and includes occasional on-call weekends.
The successful Candidate:
- Must be at least 21 years’ old
- One year’s experience in commercial maintenance work
- Complete and pass drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s license
Primary Job Duties for our Indoor Maintenance Tech include:
- Using demonstrated experience and proficiency in specific skilled trade(s) to install, maintain and repair physical plant systems and equipment.
- Performing light electrical work.
- Repairing and maintaining kitchen equipment, exhaust fans, water softeners, air conditioners, tubs, toilets, and sinks.
- Setting up rooms for special events and meetings.
- Maintaining the floors.
