Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries or directing calls as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout each interaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using front desk software and handling cash transactions is an advantage.
