Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including brazilian cocktails, international cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, utilizing your mixology expertise and beverage recipe development skills.
- Prepare a variety of brazilian dishes with our recipes.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on bartending or mixology and the cooks with the recipes and procedures
- Bartender: Strong knowledge of POS systems such as CLOVER for processing transactions efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with beverage recipe development, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and craft beer expertise is highly desirable
- Prior hospitality industry experience
- Familiarity with food safety standards, basic math skills for retail math and cash handling, as well as food industry best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
