PFL Services are seeking skilled and motivated Pipe Welders and Fitters to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing piping systems with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will ensure the successful completion of projects across various industrial settings, including pipeline, HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems
- Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), ensuring compliance with ASME codes & standards
- Welding Pipes in all positions Using E6010 and ER7018 and TIG Stainless
- Fit, cut, thread, solder, and bend pipes using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and tube bending equipment
- Install fire sprinkler systems, HVAC piping, plumbing lines, and pipeline assemblies on construction sites or manufacturing facilities
- Use rigging techniques to lift and position heavy pipe sections safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing piping infrastructure
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with schematics, mechanical components, and complex pipe assembliesRequirements
- Proven experience in pipe welding and fitting within construction or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, soldering, and pipe threading techniques
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing codes, ASME standards, and pipeline installation practices
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, rigging equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of tube bending processes and HVAC system installation is a plus
- Valid certifications in welding or pipe fitting are preferred but not mandatory
