Stuft Restaurant is looking for a motivated candidate to join our FOH team as a BARTENDER. Full time or part time available.
REQUIRES HIGH VOLUME BAR EXPERIENCE!
MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. Although, weekday shifts are available as well.
We are open until 2am Friday & Saturday. Sunday & Monday until 10pm. Tuesday-Thursday we close at midnight.
Stuft began 15 years ago with two brothers and a hot sauce. They engaged the community with their food truck and creative food which has since grown into a thriving restaurant that celebrating its 8th year providing live music and rad munchies.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in bartending at a high volume. We have a very close knit FOH team that has been with us for years. We rarely hire for bar positions and are seeking the right candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Bartenders are responsible for crafting, pouring, serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
- Preping necessary mixers and garnishes
- Taking food orders, answering menu questions, managing dietary restrictions, providing service during meals.
- Key duties include checking ID, managing inventory/stocking, processing POS payments, cleaning the bar area, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous high volume bartending experience
- Experience with craft beer and cocktails is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast- paced environment for 9+ hours
