Caregiver

Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs, preferences, and goals
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personalized care
- Monitor and report patient conditions, progress, and concerns to healthcare professionals
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Engage patients in activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Requirements:
0 years of experience as a Caregiver or related field (training provided)
High school diploma or equivalent (n/a)
Valid driver's license (not required but preferred)
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients (up to 50 pounds)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays (flexible scheduling available)
