Duties
- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using the latest techniques.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to create stunning nail designs tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Offer additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments when qualified.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and communicate effectively with clients about aftercare instructions.
Experience
- Proven experience in professional nail care with a strong portfolio of manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
- Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols is essential.
- Experience with advanced beauty treatments like eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques including retail math and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and team members.
- Background in cosmetology or related fields such as barbering or esthetician training is highly desirable.
