Twin City Staffing is seeking a professional and reliable manufacturing customer service representative to join a busy manufacturing office in Rogers, MN. This front-desk role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Rogers, MN
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Wage: $23 – $26/hr. depending on experience

Responsibilities of the customer service representative:
- Process daily invoices accurately
- Review paperwork for accuracy and add shipping charges when necessary
- Enter sales orders into the system
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the correct department
- Assist with general office tasks including photocopying, filing, running reports, and maintaining office equipment (ink, paper, etc.)
Requirements of the customer service representative:
- 1 or more years of previous office experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the plastics industry is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
