Bluewater Thermal Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-minded Continuous Furnace Operator to join our team! In this role, you will load, unload, inspect, and process customer parts while maintaining production schedules, quality standards, and accurate documentation.

Load and unload customer parts on continuous mesh belt furnaces according to production schedules.

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.

Complete production documentation, including process logs, furnace charts, draw logs, and material movement tickets.

Properly identify, tag, and organize finished products.

Deliver quality control samples and documentation to the QC department.

Maintain a continuous flow of parts to maximize production efficiency.

Monitor work orders and production schedules throughout your shift.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Report equipment, material, or process concerns to supervisors.

Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.

Participate in safety training and work effectively as part of a team.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
The 2nd shift schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Overtime is available during the work week and weekends!
NEW Starting rate is $16.00 per hour and also includes a $1.00 per hour shift premium
