Lacon RehabNursing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a part-time position in our skilled nursing facility.

Pay:

Up to $45.00/hour
Rate based on experience and schedule.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care as needed
Support and oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Monitor resident conditions and ensure quality care
Assist with care planning and clinical coordination
Promote a positive, team-focused environment

Requirements:

Active RN license
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Direct hire (no agency)
