Position Summary
Servers are responsible for creating an elevated guest experience through attentive service, strong beverage and food knowledge, and a constant awareness of the overall guest experience. This role is highly hospitality-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and performance-driven environment.
Our servers are expected to confidently guide guests through both our beverage program and food offerings, using thoughtful recommendations and upselling to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and detail-oriented service
- Build strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits, and food offerings
- Confidently recommend and upsell beverages and food pairings
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask
- Maintain a steady pulse on each table’s experience from start to finish
- Pre-bus tables consistently and maintain clean, organized sections
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen/food staff, and management
- Assist teammates and actively look for the next way to help
- Maintain urgency while staying calm and personable during busy service
- Accurately enter orders and process payments through POS systems

- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Evening and weekend availability required
- TABC & Food Handlers Certification
