Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycles. Your expertise will ensure our customers' bikes perform at their best, providing safety and reliability on every ride.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles using automotive diagnostics tools and electrical diagnostics techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, repairs, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and replace mechanical systems including engines, brakes, suspensions, wheels, and electrical components with precision using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle assembly after repairs or upgrades, ensuring all parts are correctly installed and functioning properly.
- Utilize dealership experience to provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s condition.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or installing large components or vehicles.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repair procedures for each vehicle serviced.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience as a service technician or motorcycle mechanic with a strong background in automotive engine system repair.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and build trust with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs.

*Pay will be discussed at interview. Ideally, we are looking for a 1099 employee that will receive 45% of billable labor.
Pay: $25.35 - $30.52 per hour
