Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll work under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based treatment and support patient recovery across diverse populations.
Qualifications
-
Licensed or license-eligible in Illinois (Physical Therapy Practice Act)
-
CPR certification
-
APTA membership preferred
-
Experience treating various age groups (neonates to geriatrics) preferred
-
Valid driver's license
-
Must pass background check and drug screen
Key Responsibilities

Review patient information and implement the plan of care

Deliver effective, evidence-based treatment

Document and report on patient progress
-
Monitor treatment outcomes and communicate results

Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills

Work collaboratively with your team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
