Our client, a well-established and growing full-service restoration contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead its expanding reconstruction department. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing division where your leadership, experience, and ideas will directly influence its future success.
This isn't a traditional desk job. You'll be actively involved in managing reconstruction projects while leading the day-to-day operations of the division. What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the reconstruction division.
- Manage residential insurance restoration projects from estimate through final completion.
- Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates (required).
- Work closely with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project quality, schedules, and progress.
- Help improve operational processes and support the continued growth of the reconstruction division.
- Lead by example while helping build and develop a successful construction team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of insurance / property restoration construction management experience.
- Strong Xactimate estimating experience is required.
- Strong background in residential reconstruction (light commercial experience is a plus).
- Proven leadership experience managing projects, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
