Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Nail Technician who loves gel services, pays attention to the details, and thrives in a fun, luxury salon setting. This role focuses on creating beautiful results, building client relationships, and contributing to a positive, team-driven atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality structured gel manicures and gel dry pedicures
- Provide detailed cuticle care and maintain strong sanitation standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experience in a luxury appointment-only environment
- Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and products
- Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and rebooking
- Promote salon services including nail art, pedicures, spray tanning, brows, lashes, and permanent jewelry
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Assist in building and maintaining a loyal clientele
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Nail Specialist or Cosmetology License
- Experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right fit
- Passion for gel services and continued education
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Reliable and motivated to grow your clientele
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing boutique salon environment
