JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year construction or engineering-related degree or technical training
- 3-4 years construction engineering experience
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Manage a team of varied disciplines
- Supervise/train field engineer positions
- Must be willing to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the total construction effort in accordance with design, budget, quality, environmental/safety compliance, and schedule
- Direct supervision of project management teams
- Negotiating contracts/subcontracts and purchase orders
- Organizing and facilitating project meetings
- Preparing and updating job budgets
- Approving and updating project schedule
