Responsibilities
-
Approaches, greet and offers assistance or direction to any customers that enter the dealership showroom or lot.

Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Perform walk-around with customers and explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.

Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.

Often test drives to all prospects, follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.

Effectively close automotive sales.

Utilizes dealership sales control and follow up systems that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories., and their benefits to customers.

Reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, reviews, analyses and planned activities.

Attends training and sales meetings offered by the dealership and manufactures

Minimum of a H.S Diploma or GED

Valid Driver’s License
-
Possess understanding and knowledge of equity and values, automobile depreciation, and local, state and federal laws that guild automobiles.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards.

At least one year of sales or vehicle sales experience

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
