Fringe Artistic Salon & Spa is looking for an experienced, motivated Salon Floor Manager who is ready to lead by example while continuing to build behind the chair.
This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned stylist with an established clientele (required) who is passionate about leadership, teamwork, and creating an exceptional salon experience.
What You’ll Do
As our Floor Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader on the salon floor. You’ll help ensure every day runs smoothly while inspiring and supporting our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee daily salon floor operations
- Coach, motivate, and support stylists and assistants
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment
- Ensure exceptional client experiences from start to finish
- Assist with scheduling flow and resolving day-to-day challenges
- Hold the team accountable to salon standards and expectations
- Support education, growth, and team development
- Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and performance
- Continue servicing your own clientele behind the chair while balancing leadership responsibilities
