We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to clients in a house setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients , ensuring a high standard of care is maintained. This role is crucial in assisting clients with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being within various environments, including their home and outside setting.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor clients comfort and report any changes in condition from day to day .
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Engage with Clients to provide emotional support and companionship.
- Document client care activities accurately in accordance with company policies.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
- Strong communication skills to interact compassionately with Clients
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by the company.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
