Job Description:
- Develop and maintain MES recipes using Rockwell
- Optimize recipes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance
- Support MES deployments, including testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with IT, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align MES with process requirements
- Provide production support and resolve MES-related issues
- Maintain documentation and support validation/compliance activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of MES experience, preferably with Rockwell MES
- Experience with recipe/workflow authoring and system configuration
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
FTPS knowledge preferred
Preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Food & Beverage, etc.)
- Familiarity with validation (CSV) and GMP requirements
- Knowledge of Rockwell automation systems (PLC, SCADA)
Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
